Meet the Founder

Hey there! Like most women, I bet you’re exhausted from a lifetime of meeting unrealistic societal expectations. Well, I’m glad you’re here because it’s time to prioritize yourself!

I’m Dr. Jennifer McManus and I have over a decade of professional experience in clinical psychology. I founded PsycHope to bring psychology based resources to the self-healing space. Self-help approaches that are rooted in ancient spiritual traditions and backed by scientific evidence are a personal favorite!

Not only have I helped hundreds of women on their paths to emotional wellness, but I also found my own way through exceptionally challenging times by using approaches supported by psychological research.

And now, it’s my honor to support you on your journey of healing and personal growth!
