Hey there, I’m Dr. Jennifer McManus. If you’re exhausted from carrying so much and need to exhale, you’re in the right place. With nearly two decades of experience in professional psychology, I created PsycHope to bring psychology-informed self-help into everyday life.

I’m especially drawn to science-backed practices, like mindfulness and self-compassion, that are also rooted in ancient spiritual traditions. For me, this is where the magic happens. That beautiful blend of science and spirit, the overlap of two ways of knowing.
